Two Ways to Work With Worre Studios: Premium Events and Remote Virtual Stage
On this page
Worre Studios now offers two services. Premium Events are produced inside our patented 360° studio in Las Vegas, with everything the room was built to do. Remote Virtual Stage takes your host's camera feed from wherever they are and broadcasts it to the world as a full interactive event. Every event we take on now runs through one of the two. Here's what each one includes, how to choose between them, and how to get started.
Worre Studios now focuses on two services. Premium Events use the whole studio: a live audience, full set builds, the 360° 12K LED wall and a global interactive audience. Remote Virtual Stage broadcasts your host from anywhere as a full interactive experience on your own branded dashboard. Both start with a conversation.
Key Takeaways
- Two services, one standard. Premium Events happen in the studio. Remote Virtual Stage is for hosts who are somewhere else.
- Premium Events use the whole room. Live audience, décor, full set builds and the 360° 12K LED wall, with reach to hundreds of thousands of attendees worldwide.
- Premium events start at $100,000 per day. Every event is custom-quoted from there.
- Remote Virtual Stage starts with your camera feed. We manage it and broadcast it at scale on your own branded dashboard. It's scoped separately and quoted per inquiry.
- Smaller formats are off the calendar. We're focusing on events that use everything the studio was built to do.
- Booking starts with a call. Intro call, virtual walkthrough, site visit, scoping calls and a custom quote.
Where We Started
Worre Studios was built in about two months during the pandemic, as demand for hybrid events surged. The teams behind the build had delivered some of the world's best stadiums and airports, and they brought that standard to one room in southwest Las Vegas: a stage in the round, wrapped in a patented 360° design protected by three granted U.S. patents.
Hybrid demand hasn't slowed. What our clients ask for has grown. They aren't looking for a room to fill. They're planning the flagship moment, the keynote, the launch, the gala, and they want it to reach people everywhere at once. Years of those events have shown us exactly what this studio does best, so that's where we're putting our calendar.
What's Changing: Two Services From Here On
From here on, Worre Studios offers two services: Premium Events and Remote Virtual Stage. Everything we produce falls under one of them.
| Premium Events | Remote Virtual Stage | |
|---|---|---|
| Where the show happens | Inside the studio in Las Vegas | Wherever your host is |
| Who's watching | A live audience, a remote audience, or both | A remote audience, at scale |
| What you bring | The vision. We build the room around it. | Your camera feed |
| What we deliver | The full room: set and décor, the 360° 12K LED wall, the production crew and the interactive broadcast | Feed management and a full interactive broadcast on your branded dashboard |
| Formats | Live, hybrid or virtual | Remote broadcast |
Premium Events: The Room, Used for What It Was Designed For
A Premium Event is any event produced inside the studio. It's the room used the way it was meant to be used: a live audience, décor and full set builds, and the main show running on the 360° 12K LED wall all around you.
Nothing here is a black box. Furniture, food, content and the set itself are built to the event, and productions have built as many as 8 to 10 environments for a single show. Scenes, reveals and full environment changes run in Unreal Engine 5 and CANVAS on a custom-built system, so a producer can transform the room live from an iPad.
The Interactive Side
A Premium Event reaches well past the walls. Every event gets:
- A branded dashboard of its own. Breakout rooms, audience segmentation and multiple shopping carts, all under your brand, not a platform's. Here's how an interactive broadcast differs from a webinar.
- INCREDEVENT ticketing, built in. Registration and ticket sales run through the same team that runs the show.
- Translation as it happens. Real-time translation in more than 100 languages carries one message to every market at once.
- Global reach. Hundreds of thousands of attendees, anywhere in the world, taking part live.
Three Formats
Event Types
Premium Events cover conferences and keynotes, corporate events, weddings, parties and celebrations, workshops, and film, TV and commercial production, along with launches, fashion shows, concerts and more. Browse every event type we produce.

Pricing and Availability
Premium events start at $100,000 per day. Each event is quoted from there, built around its scope, crew, set and audience. Premium Events are currently booked on weekends.
Remote Virtual Stage: Your Host, Anywhere. Our Broadcast.
Remote Virtual Stage is for clients whose host is somewhere else and who have no broadcast setup of their own. You send us the camera feed. We manage it and broadcast it at scale as a full interactive experience, on your own branded dashboard.
It isn't a webinar. Attendees get the same interactive environment a Premium Event runs on, with breakout rooms, segmentation and your brand front and center. The studio can run up to about ten virtual stages at once.
Proof at scale: Matthew McConaughey reached an interactive audience of roughly 90,000 from a private studio with no remote capability of its own. His feed came to us, and we carried it out as a fully interactive broadcast, breakout rooms included. Here's how that broadcast ran.
Remote Virtual Stage is scoped separately and quoted per inquiry. For the full model, see how a remote virtual stage works, or book a Remote Virtual Stage and tell us where your host will be.

Premium Events or Remote Virtual Stage: Which Fits?
- Choose a Premium Event if you want people in the room, a set built for the occasion, or the 360° wall as your stage.
- Choose Remote Virtual Stage if your host can't or shouldn't travel, and you need their session broadcast as a full interactive event.
- Not sure yet? Tell us about the event. We'll recommend the right fit on the first call.
What About Smaller Events?
We've hosted some wonderful smaller events over the years, and we're proud of every one. As the studio has grown, the logistics of transitioning the room for smaller formats no longer fit how we work. We're focusing our calendar on events that use everything this studio was built to do.
How to Book Either Service
The same booking flow applies to both services, and it's built so you see exactly what you're getting before you commit.
- Introduction call. Tell us what you're planning and who you want to reach.
- Virtual walkthrough. See the stage and what it can do before you travel.
- Site visit. Stand inside the 360° wall in person. Nothing explains the room like being in it.
- Scoping calls. We define the scope, crew, power and any custom builds together.
- Custom quote. Built around your event and refined with you until it's right.
Once the contract is signed, all crew is booked, and a dedicated production team works with you through weekly or biweekly meetings all the way to show day. Ready to start? Begin your inquiry on Book the Studio.

Two: Premium Events, produced inside the studio in Las Vegas, and Remote Virtual Stage, which broadcasts a host from wherever they are as a full interactive event.
What's the difference between a Premium Event and Remote Virtual Stage?
A Premium Event happens inside the studio, with the full room, the 360° 12K LED wall and a live, hybrid or virtual audience. Remote Virtual Stage is for a host who's somewhere else. They send us their camera feed, and we broadcast it as an interactive event on their own branded dashboard.
How much does a Premium Event cost?
Premium events start at $100,000 per day. Every event is custom-quoted from there, based on its scope, crew, set and audience.
How is Remote Virtual Stage priced?
Remote Virtual Stage is scoped separately and quoted per inquiry, based on what the broadcast needs.
Do we need our own broadcast setup for Remote Virtual Stage?
No. Remote Virtual Stage is built for clients without one. You send us your camera feed, and we manage it and broadcast it at scale.
Is Remote Virtual Stage the same as a webinar?
No. Attendees join a full interactive experience on your branded dashboard, with breakout rooms and segmentation, rather than watching a one-way stream.
Which formats can a Premium Event use?
Live, with your audience in the room; hybrid, with an in-room audience plus remote attendees; and virtual, with the host in the studio and the audience joining remotely.
Can attendees buy tickets through Worre Studios?
Yes. INCREDEVENT ticketing is built in, so registration and ticket sales run alongside the event itself.
Does Worre Studios still host smaller events?
We've hosted some wonderful smaller events and we're proud of every one. As the studio has grown, we've focused our calendar on events that use everything the room was built to do.
