Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit a studio inquiry, request a tour, or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, and the details of your event or production.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics tools that collect standard technical information — your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site, and how you arrived here. We use Google Analytics for this. See our Cookies Policy for details on the cookies involved.

Phone calls.We use call tracking technology to understand which of our pages and campaigns generate calls. When you call us, we may collect your phone number, the duration of the call, and the page or source that led to it. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes; where recording occurs, you’ll be notified at the start of the call.

How We Store and Share It

Your information lives in our customer relationship management and analytics systems, operated by established third-party service providers under their own security and privacy commitments. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (analytics, call tracking, customer management, email), and only what they need to do their job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your Choices and Rights

• Access, correction, deletion.Email us and we’ll tell you what we hold about you, fix it, or delete it, subject to records we’re required to keep.
• Marketing opt-out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or email us directly.
• Nevada residents.Nevada law gives you the right to opt out of the sale of covered information. We don’t sell your information, but you may submit a request to info@worrestudios.comand we’ll honor it.
• California residents. If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to our relationship, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, correct inaccuracies, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterward as long as reasonably needed for legal, accounting, and business records.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and no website can promise otherwise — if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.

Children

Our website and services are directed to businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

When we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a revised effective date. Material changes get a notice on this page.
