The Worre Studios Media Village during a live hybrid event.

The Team Behind the Room

Most venues hand you keys. We hand you a team. From your first exploratory call through show day, you work directly with the people who run this studio — the ones who know every fixture on the grid, every route through the control room, and every hotel, bus, and permit in the valley.

Weekly or biweekly production meetings from contract to curtain, whether your event is two weeks out or ninety days.

A dedicated production team the entire way in.

Marina Worre, Founder and CEO of Worre Studios.

Marina Worre

Founder & CEO

Marina Worre built Worre Studios in roughly two months during the pandemic — a multi-million-dollar, broadcast-grade facility, constructed by professional teams behind some of the world's best stadiums and airports, at a moment when the world needed a new way to gather.

The bet was simple: hybrid wasn't a stopgap, it was the future of events. Demand hasn't slowed since. Under Marina's leadership, the studio has carried productions and broadcasts to audiences of hundreds of thousands around the world — always with the same standard: flawless execution, and a front row seat for everyone.

Ryan Durham, Technology Director at Worre Studios.

Ryan Durham

Technology Director

Ryan owns the technology that makes this room what it is: the 360° 4K LED system, the broadcast control room, the Unreal Engine 5 production pipeline, and the interactive platform that carries a single stage to hundreds of thousands of remote attendees.

For clients, Ryan is the answer to every technical question in the exploratory phase — scope, signal flow, power, custom builds, "can the room do this?" (It usually can.) He's in your production meetings from contract through show day, and if your show needs something that's never been built before, he's the one who figures out how to build it.

Mikko Hilton, Operations Director at Worre Studios.

Mikko Hilton

Operations Director

Mikko runs everything around the production: studio tours, day-to-day operations, media assets, purchasing, transportation, and hotel accommodations. If your event needs a room block at Red Rock, shuttles for two thousand attendees, a talent charter, or a wardrobe trailer parked at the door by 6 a.m. — that's Mikko's world.

He joins the exploratory calls alongside Ryan and stays with your team through the lead-up meetings, so logistics never become the client's second job.

Ben Groen, Ticketing and Interactive Platform Lead at Worre Studios.

Ben Groen

Ticketing & Interactive Platform Lead

Ben turns your event into an experience your attendees can actually step into. He implements ticketing and registration through INCREDEVENT — built into the studio, so selling seats and managing guests never means bolting on another vendor — and builds the branded virtual dashboard every event gets: your logo, your look, your environment, not ours.

Breakout rooms, audience segmentation, multiple shopping carts inside a single event, custom features built to the show — Ben's work is a big part of why a Worre Studios broadcast isn't a webinar. A webinar is a window; what Ben builds is a branded, interactive environment your audience lives inside.

The process

How You'll Work with Us

Every engagement runs the same way, whether it's a production shoot, a hybrid event, or a Remote Virtual Stage broadcast.

  1. 01

Introduction call — what you're trying to make happen.

  2. 02

Virtual walkthrough — see the room from anywhere.

  3. 03

In-person site visit — optional, but recommended: nothing conveys the scale and layout like standing in the room.

  4. 04

Exploratory needs calls — scope, crew, power, and custom builds, working directly with our technology and operations leads.

  5. 05

Custom quote — built precisely to what your event needs, nothing you don't.

  6. 06

Contract — and your full crew is booked.

  7. 07

Lead-up support — weekly or biweekly meetings with your production team, from signing to show day.
