A live event in full swing at Worre Studios — guests at round banquet tables under crystal chandeliers, the curved LED wall glowing warm orange with ProCode branding behind the room.

Live Events That Feel Nothing Like a Ballroom

Host up to 350 seated, 500 standing, or 600 concert-style inside a 360° LED volume that becomes whatever your event needs — a gala, a game show, a product reveal, a runway. Half the wall rides back on a track to open the room, and everything you'd normally rent, hire, and coordinate is already here.

Our clients don't decorate the studio — they transform it. We've built as many as eight to ten full environments for a single production: furniture, set pieces, food service, complete scenic builds.

A black-box studio this is not.

A Room That Becomes the Event

One game show shipped in a three-ton steel set from Texas and hung it from a custom grid built above our house grid. A wedding was built out so completely that guests asked, "where am I?" And the wall does the rest — most first-time clients put a static logo on 360° of 4K LED, and the room is capable of so much more: full wraparound motion graphics, immersive scenes that shift with your program, environment changes triggered live during the show. The space between what clients imagine and what the room can do is exactly why we walk every booking through it in person.

A Captive Room in a Distracted City

Las Vegas is the easiest city in the world to lose your audience. A hotel ballroom sits one elevator ride from the casino floor, and every break is a chance for your attendees to wander off. Our studio is a self-contained experience — food and beverage on-site, executive dining or craft services, buffet or served, in-house or brought in from the city's food trucks. Your audience stays present, together, inside the event you built for them.

The no-connected-hotel-rooms trade-off works in your favor: we handle room blocks at Mandalay Bay and across the Station Casinos properties, plus buses, shuttles, and off-site parking for even the largest guest lists. Your attendees get a real hotel and a dedicated venue — the best of both worlds.

Live in the roomHalle Berry, Jenny McCarthy, and Naomi Watts live on stage. A three-piece band, a full choir, and a runway. A statewide gubernatorial debate carried on television and C-SPAN, and Vegas Golden Knights watch parties on game nights.

What the Ballroom Actually Costs

Teams price the hotel path all the time, and they keep telling us the same story afterward. The ballroom quote looks reasonable until the additions start: lighting, audio, staging, crew, power — every line an extra. Renting LED walls comparable to ours into a ballroom runs $300,000 to $500,000 for the walls alone. Clients who priced both paths learned the turn-key studio costs less than the room they thought was the budget option.

Here, the walls are always standing and the crew is always here. You book the room; the production arrives with it. Pricing is custom to each event — start an inquiry and we'll build a quote around exactly what you need.

Every Logistic, One Vendor

Transportation for talent and guests — buses, limos, charters. City permits for parking and loading. Generators, power trucks, wardrobe and production trailers, extra rigging. Ticketing and registration through INCREDEVENT, our built-in event-management platform. Direct load-in through garage-door truck access, minutes from both public and private airports. One contract covers the chain that usually takes six vendors.

Yes — full scenic builds are one of the room's signatures. Clients have shipped in multi-ton set pieces and hung them from custom grids above our house grid. If you can design it, the room can hold it.

Yes. Executive dining, craft services, and sourced options from buffet to plated service. Food and beverage stays on-site, which keeps your audience in the room and your schedule on time.

Absolutely — that's a hybrid event, and it's what the room was engineered for. Your in-person audience and up to hundreds of thousands of hybrid attendees share the same moment.
